I heard there was a super cheap snack bar near Hyehwa Station, so I tried to go several times, but it was always closed. Today, however, it was open, so I visited for the first time. Almost all the menu items are around 4,000 won, making it very affordable. It is run by an elderly couple, and they only accept cash. Make sure to bring cash! Among the various menu items, I heard the spicy pork rice bowl is famous, but I ordered the stone pot bibimbap. It doesn't taste fancy, but it is a great way to grab a quick, cheap meal. What more could you expect for 4,000 won? Next time, I want to try the spicy pork rice bowl or the soft tofu stew.It is a very old, long-standing restaurant, so don't expect great hygiene when you go.
