Dormer nails the essentials. Warm wood, low golden light, and a mood that makes you slow down the moment you walk in. The bottle selection is the real draw—everything from easy-sipping pours to rare finds worth seeking out. The bartenders know their stuff without a hint of pretension; tell them what you like and they’ll point you somewhere great. Generous pours, fair prices, and a calm-but-not-sleepy vibe.
