The ordering experience was frustrating, as the barista seemed inexperienced and lacked knowledge about the drinks. Communication was also a challenge, making the process more complicated than it should be. I believe the company should invest in better training and improve its service system to support the staff. It was clear that the employee was trying their best, but the overall execution fell short. Considering the price, the quality did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing visit, and I won’t be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
