- Dot Cod Cafe, I visited this "premium" cafe yesterday for a takeaway Iced Long Black, and the experience was utterly disappointing. First, the female staff at the counter was incredibly rude and arrogant. When I ordered, she pretended not to hear me, mocked my pronunciation by putting her hand to her ear, and loudly challenged me. My friend who stood next to me could hear my voice perfectly fine. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after making us wait for 10 minutes because they were "busy", they simply left my iced coffee on the counter to melt. When I returned to pick it up, the staff completely ignored me and only focused on treating customers with larger orders. The worst part? The coffee wasn't even good. It tasted flat and watery because it had been sitting out. Do not be fooled by the high-end appearance. The service is non-existent, and they treat single-item customers like ghosts. I will definitely never come back. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1
