Good food and excellent service made this a very enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. The Japanese cuisine served here is of impressive quality, and the prices are quite reasonable considering the freshness of the ingredients, the presentation of the dishes, and the attentive service provided by the staff. During our visit, we ordered a sushi roll, fried calamari, and tuna sashimi with rice. The sushi roll was beautifully prepared, with fresh ingredients and a well-balanced combination of flavors. Each bite tasted fresh and satisfying. The fried calamari was crispy on the outside while remaining tender on the inside, making it a great appetizer to share. The portion size was generous, and it was cooked perfectly without being greasy. The highlight of the meal was definitely the tuna sashimi with rice. The tuna was exceptionally fresh, with a clean, delicate flavor and a smooth texture that reflected the quality of the seafood. Paired with the rice, it made for a simple yet delicious dish that showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality ingredients. What truly enhanced the experience was the service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal. They were quick to assist with recommendations and ensured that everything arrived promptly. The restaurant also had a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family, friends, or colleagues. Overall, this restaurant offers high-quality Japanese food, excellent service, and good value for money. An exceptional omakase experience at Douraku Sushi. From start to finish, every dish showcased a beautiful balance between craftsmanship and ingredient quality. The seafood was incredibly fresh — especially the uni, which was rich, creamy, and almost melt-in-your-mouth. Each course was thoughtfully plated, with subtle layering of flavors that felt both refined and satisfying. I particularly loved how the chef paid attention to texture contrasts — from the delicate sashimi to the slightly warm, perfectly seasoned rice in the sushi. Nothing felt overdone; everything was clean, precise, and elegant. Service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the chef took time to explain the dishes, which made the experience feel more personal.
