Dragon Izakaya down by Mae Hia Market is a fantastic, no-frills spot for Japanese food that won't break the bank. It has a bit of a street-food vibe with the open kitchen, but you can still sit comfortably in the air-conditioned room. Most dishes are under 100 baht, which is incredible value. I highly recommend the garlic rice and the grilled chicken—simple, fast, and always hits the spot for a quick weeknight dinner. Definitely a great addition to my regular local dining rotation!
