I ordered take away food for my elderly parents. From placing order to making payment to collecting food, the services provided were efficient. I collected my food at the stipulated time, all nicely packed. The quality of the food met our expectations too.

Attended a family lunch recently at the Temasek Club branch. Although we had pre-ordered the menu more than a week ahead, food was slow to come and service was poor. None of the wait staff appeared to be the least concerned about our table waiting for an hour in between the 1st and 2nd course despite us speaking to the manager. When the food finally arrived, standard of food preparation was disappointing. Steamed fish was laden with salt, broccoli was undercooked, signature roast chicken was dry and overdone and noodles were soggy. Lunch for 8 adults came up to a whopping $700+. The superior cantonese cuisine of Dragon Phoenix restaurant that I remember is sadly a thing of the past. My family and I will no longer patronise this restaurant.
