Price for cake is quite good as it’s enough to share with maybe 4-5 people, however the design quality given was not up to expectation and smudged. The purpose of this review is to share my experience give feedback to the team at Dream Bakery. I messaged them to order a cake and do self collection at 1030am. Before and on the day of collection, I received messages from the Team to confirm the timing and i confirmed them promptly. However arriving abit early to the collection time, i was told that the shop wasn’t open till 11am and their staff was otw to the place itself. My issue is why wasn’t this conveyed during the conversations on whatsapp or carousell? Ur staff also told me you guys had another shop in another location and in another fridge that’s why there was a delay of 20 minutes, but either way this could’ve been conveyed in the conversation and i would happily just went to that location instead of waiting for 20 min it is. I was abit annoyed that i had to wait 15 minutes even though you guys kept confirming the timing. I understand you guys are coming from another location but honestly this could’ve been avoided if you let your customer know. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

very bad experience really ruined my girl birthday celebration as the cake cannot delivered on time. Before I order I told them I need the cake b4 4pm and they said can deliver at 3pm and 2 weeks b4 I contacted them and ask to deliver at 2pm instead and they reply ok and today 12pm plus I ask hows the cake and they reply will deliver b4 4pm and 3pm plus contacted them they said the cake still progressing I told them again b4 4pm I need they said they already arrange the delivery at 3.45pm so at 4.10pm I contacted them asking where my cake and they take very long time to reply me(4.35pm) that they only can deliver at 5.15pm. I ask them why can't they take grab and send the cake to me since is their fault and since hougang and punggol not tat far they said they only can deliver 5.15pm and ask me i want them to deliver or refund of course I ask for refund as their attitude was not good.
