Checked out Drool Froyo after lunch in Central the other day. It’s tucked away on Elgin Street near a bunch of great food spots, making it a really convenient stop if you want something sweet to end the midday meal. Honestly, finding decent dessert in Central that doesn't cost a fortune can be tough, but the prices here are actually reasonable, ranging from $34 to $58 depending on what you get. A few highlights from our visit: Black Sesame Flavor: They roll out limited-edition flavors occasionally, and we lucked out with the black sesame this time. It’s a personal favorite—really rich, nutty, and not overly sweet. The Honeycomb Combo: If you prefer their classic options, the salted caramel froyo paired with honeycomb and fresh strawberries or blueberries is a solid choice. The contrast between the crunchy, sweet honeycomb and the slightly tart berries works really well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had two froyo cups. The “Matcha Garden” comes with plain yogurt base, matcha mochi cubes, a house‑baked palmier, blueberries, and matcha milk sauce. Tangy froyo, gentle sweetness; the mochi is bouncy, the palmier adds a clean crunch. The DIY cup was plain froyo with whole lychees, jumbo blueberries, house brownie, and Baileys chocolate sauce. We visited Drool Froyo in Central and tried three flavors together: Sesame Black Swirl, Golden Treasure, and the Double Berry Yogurt Croffle. The yogurt ice cream was light and refreshing, making it feel healthier compared to regular ice cream. The croffle was freshly baked, hot and crispy, and when paired with the cold yogurt ice cream, the contrast was delightful. Drool Froyo also offers pet cups, which is a thoughtful touch for animal lovers. The Central shop has a unique whiskey flavor ice cream, while the Tin Hau branch is known for its hot croffles and cones. Both locations stay open late on weekends and holidays, with Tin Hau even serving until midnight, perfect for a sweet treat after drinks.
