Went there on a Friday night for a couple of drinks. My wife explored their signature cocktails while I stuck to the classics. I don't claim to be a cocktail expert, but it was obvious how well-designed their signatures are—perfectly balanced, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink. You can also easily spot their "wave" theme throughout the entire experience, from the menu graphics down to the sweeping, curvy interior walls. As for the classics, their fundamentals are rock solid, but it’s their attention to detail that brings everything to the next level. They made, by far, the best Old Fashioned I have ever had. Instead of just dropping an orange peel into the glass, they carved it into a perfect circle and rested it squarely on top of the center ice block. Because of this, every time I took a sip, the peel was positioned directly under my nose, immediately bombarding me with fresh orange blossom aromatics. One quick tip: the space is rather limited and cozy, so come with the expectation of sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with other guests. They absolutely deserve their #4 ranking in Asia (and honestly, they should probably be higher). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ฿1,600–1,800

Visited in Aug 2026 Made to to Dry Wave Cocktail Studio a couple of times during my recent visit to BKK. Newly ranked in 2026 as the best bar in Thailand and the #4 bar is Asia, you need a couple of visits to an establishment like this if you are to have a well rounded experience of what this place has to offer. I had made a reservation for both my visits and I would strongly making a reservation as this place is obviously very popular with tourists and BKK folks. The ongoing cocktail menu is basically a “cocktail of cocktails” menu, where each drink is some combination of two classic cocktails. E.g., one of my favorite drinks was called the Morning Tijuana and it’s a combo of a Division Bell and a Breakfast Martini. Ended up having 8-9 drinks across my two visits and my fav drinks were the Morning Tijuana, Newton’s Law, Lost In The City and The Bright Side. Service is quite good and the bar staff are jovial and friendly folks who take good care of you. All in all, this place in BKK is a must visit for cocktail lovers. A 100% recommendation.
