台湾、特に新竹を代表する麺レストラン。今では、台湾全体に展開しているが、ここが本店。四川系の牛肉麺であるが、台湾の友達に聞いたトマトスープの麺が素晴らしい。食べないとその味は想像できない。初めにこの店で食べ感動した。麺にその特徴がある。その後、台北、台中の分店でも食べたが、本店が1番美味しい。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch

位在新竹大全聯附近的段純貞牛肉麵，是我多年後再訪依然很喜歡的一家店。點餐流程方便、出餐速度快。因為不吃牛肉，我點了紅燒牛肉湯麵，湯頭依然維持一貫水準。四川紅燒湯層次豐富，能喝出淡淡藥材香氣，入口微麻但不辣，也不會過於重口味。即使只是湯麵，細節依然到位，味道沒有因為展店變多而走樣，很值得推薦，下次會再來。 Duan Chun Zhen Beef Noodles near Carrefour in Hsinchu is still impressive after many years. Ordering is easy and service is fast. I ordered the braised beef soup noodles without beef, and the flavor was excellent. The Sichuan-style broth is rich and layered, with a light herbal aroma, slightly numbing but not spicy or heavy. Even a simple soup noodle shows great attention to detail. The quality remains consistent despite many branches. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic beef noodle soup in Hsinchu.
