We arrived in Pai late, and this was the only place with a motorbike available, so unfortunately we didn’t have many options. The motorbike was clearly old, worn out, and poorly maintained. I didn’t feel safe riding it, but I didn’t want to risk losing the opportunity by continuing to search elsewhere, so I took it. They kept my passport as the first option for deposit, which already felt uncomfortable. When I asked questions for basic information and clarification, the staff member (a woman at the counter) responded with sarcasm and an ironic attitude multiple times. I have been in Thailand for quite some time, and this was honestly the first time I experienced such rude behavior and poor customer service. Unfortunately, the same attitude continued when I returned the motorbike. I strongly recommend looking for another option if possible. Be prepared for very poor service, unprofessional behavior, and an unpleasant overall experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never had such a bad experience in Thailand. Rented a bike here today for 4 hours, charged 250 baht and kept THB 3000 and ID card as deposit. These people are scammers, once you call them out on their bullshit they get mad. They tried to keep my deposit and ID because their fully scratched bike which i took I forgot to film before at their store and they basically said that the scratches were made by me because i had no video evidence. So scammy, they should themselves know their own bikes and keep records about the bikes and not try to scare tourists or do stuff like this, Ive heard of scams like this before in Thailand but wouldn’t have thought it would happen to me. I’m definitely going to go make a police report though. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
