Indigo Blue Artだけでなく、このレストランも訪れるべきです。Duck Masterは、中華料理が提供されているため、おすすめです。ここでは、お客様がよく鴨を注文できます。

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Such a pity to a business that sells such delicious roast ducks. I made a booking online a mth back in Nov 11 to have a collection for Dec 21st. Went down to the store for collection, and was informed by the staff that they no longer do online payments. I told then i wasnt aware but an E-RECEIPT was emailed to me. The online transaction on my credit card was also presented to proof my payment. The staff then politely informed me that he had to ask the boss. Spoke to the boss on the phone, he requested me to call my bank to ask them to REFUND THE PAYMENT??? When DUCK MASTER was the one that the payment was deducted to! Even being told to honour the payment as i have clearly done it, THE BOSS mentioned that it was NONE OF HIS BUSINESS??? Its between me and the bank to sort this out? How is this a WAY OF DOING BUSINESS?? It was at the point where i threatened to go to CASE, the polite staff jsut handed me the duck. Its a SHAME that a good business is CONDEMNED by actions of such a BUSINESS OWNER. NOT WORTH GOING BACK AGAIN WHEN DUCK MASTER CANT EVEN HOHOUR A DEAL WITH A CLIENT. DISAPPOINTMENT AT ITS MAX. SHAME ON YOU.
