Great meal!!! Duck was fantastic with beautiful clear broth. Really liked the grilled onions. Staff is helpful for ordering at the kiosk outside where they have an English menu. Cash only, but there is an ATM within 20 m. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Probably one of the best duck noodles in Japannoodles and soup both are extraordinary. Staff, mostly foreigners, are also very good and open to speaking and supporting in English or other languages. There are only two slices of duck in standard noodle bowl, but considering the price of only around JPY1000 (around US$7), it’s a reasonable amount. Highly recommended if you want to try some really good noodles in Tokyo Ueno area. Shop is quite small, so not recommended if you have babycar or wheelchair but otherwise it’s a desert setup with counter and few seats. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
