Quite an expensive hotel for what was here - 1800thb. The pool is very small, mostly shallow for children and a bit cloudy when I looked. Rooms are just about OK, basic but lacking any luxury. Buffet breakfast was good, with omlets cooked to order. The hotel, I think, mainly caters for group tours. Service: 3

We really enjoyed our stay at Dugong Village. The hotel’s art and décor gave it a unique charm, and the staff were very friendly throughout our visit. The restaurant served good food, and the coffee at the café was exceptionally good. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had nice bathrooms. The pool was pleasant, though it could have been a bit bigger. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — we’d happily return. Service: 5

Dugong Village Hotel is a really pleasant place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It also has various types of creative signs with recycled things such as plastic bottles and slippers! Facilities are solid—whether it’s the pool, dining area, or common spaces, everything is tidy and functional. Location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions or just relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay. Service: 5
