Disappointed with my recent visits to Duke Bakery. Although the operating hours are till 9.30pm, the breads are often packed away by around 8pm, leaving nothing for late customers. On two visits around 9pm, the counter machine was already closed and payment had to be made via PayNow to a staff member’s personal account, which felt uncomfortable. I understand the staff may need time to clear paperwork and prepare for closing. However, stopping sales 1.5 hours earlier every day may also result in unnecessary loss of business despite the high rental costs. Hope management can review the closing process and improve the overall customer experience. Service: 1

Actually what’s the opening hour of this outlet. Many times I arrived at 8.05pm the store was already packing up where breads were cleared & kept in containers. The cashier told me that they need to do closing but your opening timing stated closed 9.30pm now it’s only 8.02pm it’s closed Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
