Thank you for the lady who served us just now 16 May @ about 10.20am ishhh we brought sourdough wholemeal loaf, 3 japanese salted scones as well as almond cookies and almond chocolate cranberry cookies. Thank you for the patience and assist. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Arrive at 10AM with my baby to purchase baked goods, as per the posted operating hours. The staff member (a lady wearing spectacles) arrived late at 1007 AM without any apology, and curtly told us to wait while she prepared, using an unwelcoming tone. When checking out, I noticed the POS showed two matcha cakes, but the box appeared to contain only one. I politely asked for clarification, and she responded rudely, stating there were two pieces inside and asking sarcastically “if not how many more pieces do you want in the box” in Chinese. The packaging is misleading. it conceals the cake's cut line, and the display photo appears to show a single slice. From a customer POV, I was handed a box with what was seemingly a slice of cake but charged for two on the POS. Her dismissive attitude didn't do justice to the quality of the bakes. I ended up leaving only nearer to 1020 AM. More courteous service and clearer packaging/photo would greatly improve the customer experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the staff didn’t said thr was any sample to try for the bread as i was curious how it would taste like . i went to other outlets but they have sample for me to try.. in the end i just bought a few breads n go Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
