We stumbled upon Dumplings House Phuket during our stay in Kata and it quickly became our go-to spot for comfort food. The dumplings are handmade and absolutely delicious, juicy fillings, perfectly steamed or fried skins that aren’t too thick, and great flavors. We tried the classic pork & chive, shrimp ones, and even some with a spicy Thai twist that were spot on. The Russian-style pelmeni and vareniki were a nice surprise too, tasted very authentic and homemade.The place has a cozy, homey feel (it’s more like a small cafe/takeaway spot), friendly owners who speak English, Thai and Russian, and portions are generous for the price. We ordered delivery a couple of times via Grab and everything arrived hot and fresh. Prices are reasonable for Phuket,great value compared to touristy places. Highly recommend if you’re craving dumplings or something hearty after a beach day. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re on the island!
