MBK内2FのDUNKIN’DONUTS懐かしい味を堪能しました。 日本には昔より少なくなっているから中々食べれないし、良い意味で安っぽい感じ最高でした。 ご馳走様でした。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This was the worst Dunkin Donut shop i have EVER been to. The staff did not smile once. The 2 girls serving looked very grumpy. Their customer service was zero! I had to ask for a bag for my 3 donuts, as they did not attempt to put them in a bag. My husband ordered a coffee. There were 2 options on the menu, hot and iced. They didnt even ask what kind he wanted, and automatically put ice in the cup, so i told them we wanted a hot coffee. They proceeded to make it again, and they were putting hot water into the cup, and i was thinking, great they got it right this time. They stirred it, then, she proceeded to put ice in it again. So we just took it and left. They were the rudest girls we've ever come across. It doesnt hurt to smile at the customers. We were disgusted and will never set foot into a dunkin donuts again.
