Thanks for your feedback Richard. You have ordered 2 boxes of black gold & 4 boxes of old tree. It is indeed appalling to find untruthful comments from your end so we think it is best for public to learn from our chat history. You mentioned you called us but we have not spoken at all. You have tried black gold X 2 boxes plus 1 box old tree and sent us a photo of remaining 3-4 seeds from old tree box. You claimed old tree is unripe based on whitish color & having fibre on one seed. The other 3 boxes of old tree remain unopened yet you assumed 3 unopened boxes are all unripe. We understand you have presumption that all 4 boxes come from 1 BIG DURIAN hence you insist that they all have same taste. Having preference in stronger taste does not equate to unripe flesh. Your 40 years of experience does not mean you can tell durians are unripe without eating it. Regardless, we are grateful for your review so public would be aware that there are always two sides of story. Best wishes! Customer: This is not even ripe and u put them each into all 4 packs. It is not ripe & tasteless. Super bad experience first time buying from your stall. Whitish in color & full of fibre. I am not opening the other 3 boxes. Not sure what you can suggest. With this quality, I don’t think it is worth to gift my friends. Staff: which part is unripe boss? can indicate or circle the unripe part coz i checked with packing team & nobody can identify the unripe part Customer: U can see most part are whittish in color Staff: also having fibre does not indicate unripe boss. Which part is unripe? color is not indication that it is unripe ya Customer: It’s going to be difficult to convince you. Staff: unripe means hard part & inedible Customer: I would suggest send back all remaining 3 boxes to you and u eat them to see if this is the std of old tree MSW. I don’t need to a refund if this is how you conduct yr business. No issue with me. Staff: The parts that u circled are all part of the seed nature. Some parts of the seed are exposed (without flesh part) & this is perfectly normal. We have tasted before & no issue with flesh ya. Customer: Like I said you can try to justify them but until you eat them you will not be able to tell from photos. Pls arrange yr guys to pick them up for free. I don’t need a refund. Staff: we can only examine durian condition based on the photo provided & based on your photos, we do not see any issue with the flesh. Customer: I’m not going to gift my friends lest end up with may bad reviews for yr company. Why don’t u just arrange to pick them up and eat to convince yrself. No point we trying to pinpoint the problem. A photo cannot tell the actual quality. I can spend more than a thousand dollar each month on durians so I surely know what is old tree MSW. Staff: If those boxes are unopened & not even tasted unripe, we can only check based on the photo provided ya.Unless tasted and indeed unripe, then take photos for the unripe parts then i can escalate to management for you. Customer: Just take up my challenge to pick them up & taste it to confirm you are right or wrong. Staff: This is really unnecessary boss, we do not have a policy to collect unopened boxes & justify our opinion. Customer: Ok nvm. If u think there’s nothing wrong and this is yr standard of old tree MSW, and also don’t want to pick them up for verification (when I don’t even need a refund), just let it be. Last time I’m going to buy from yr stall. Thank you for yr time. I’ll just trash them in the bin Staff: We just think it is unfair to assume remaining 3 unopened boxes to be unripe when the remaining seeds in first box doesn't have any indication of unripe parts. Thanks for your feedback rest assured I have checked with 4 members of packing team & none can indicate unripe part for remaining seeds in your first box of old tree. Can we check if two boxes of black gold has any issue?
