Hello there,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.We're pleased to hear that you found our café to be a convenient spot for a meal and coffee while in the area. We also appreciate your candid comments regarding the seating arrangement, menu availability, and overall experience. We understand that a comfortable and inviting environment is an important part of enjoying time with friends, and we're sorry to hear that the proximity of the tables detracted from your visit. While our seating layout is designed to accommodate as many guests as possible within the space available, we appreciate your perspective and will keep it in mind as we continue to review the overall guest experience. We're also sorry to learn that several desserts and menu items were unavailable during your visit. We understand how disappointing it can be to have fewer options to choose from, particularly around lunchtime. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we review our forecasting and replenishment processes to better meet guest demand throughout the day.Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

Hey there Keat Huan! Thanks a ton for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review—we really appreciate it! We’re so glad to hear you had a great experience at our Fusionopolis outlet. The breakfast, the coffee, the grilled cheese (a crowd favourite for sure!), and even the matcha—we’re happy you gave it all a try! It's awesome to know that the chill and welcoming vibe of the space made your visit even better. That’s exactly what we aim for, so it's lovely to hear. Really appreciate your note about the floor too—we’ll be sure to pass that along to the team at Fusionopolis so we can stay on top of the little details that matter. And yes—props for checking out our coffee beans and merch! Always a plus when coffee lovers find something they can bring home with them. If you ever need brewing tips or want to try something new, just give us a shout! Looking forward to seeing you again soon—there’s always great coffee (and grilled cheese) waiting for you here.
