台風でどこにも行けないので夕食は急遽宿泊しているホテルのこちらの中華レストランで食事をしました。4人で利用しました。前菜、肉料理、野菜炒め、チャーハン、海鮮と最後デザートでひとり3000円位でした。海鮮は大きなエビとホタテが入っていてあっさりした中華でどの料理にもニンニクが入っていました。美味しかったです。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food is okay, but the service attitude is unflattering! I saw that the restaurant had a sign advertising Caesar Food VIP activities, so I participated and received 100 points as a participation gift. However, the points expired on the same day, so when I checked out, I mentioned to the lady at the counter that I wanted to use the 100 points, but I didn't expect it to be a disaster. Dream. The lady said she didn’t know how to get the discount. It was her first time encountering this kind of thing and she needed to ask. I wanted to ask her to help me understand how to use the coupons that were given to me. But she didn’t even look at it and just said you have to show this in advance. , then I pressed the use button and found the instructions. It said that it cannot be combined with other discounts, except for point activities, so I asked politely, and her attitude was even worse, saying that you haven't consumed it yet, so this can't be used! (I wonder, am I not spending money right now? But since the coupon has not expired, I don’t want to discuss it further. I just think I can use it when I bring my family over for dinner on the weekend.) While I was waiting for the enquiry, the lady at the counter asked me to stand aside, and then she helped the customers behind me to pay. I just stood there and waited for 20 minutes before I could pay. The lady who paid the bill didn't have any embarrassment at all. She had the attitude that if you want to use points, you should wait. In addition to the service attitude, the checkout process was also confusing! Generally, restaurants will print out the order menu and put it at the table, so that customers can confirm the order items and prices, but Dynasty keeps the order menu in the background. I didn't see the order details from the time I sat down at the table to the time I swiped my card. So after swiping the card, I asked the lady at the counter if she could provide details. She printed an extra copy of the details and said to me: If there is a vehicle, there is no details! I had no choice but to ask her to let me take pictures. I didn't want to wait any longer and didn't look carefully at the moment. Later I found out that we were overcharged $120 for tea (because my family couldn't drink tea and only boiled water was provided, so the tea fee would usually be deducted). While waiting, I asked the lady at the counter, when did your VIP friend activity start? She only replied at the beginning and ignored me... But then I checked the official website and FB online, and the event was announced on 8/13! Later, I heard from the service staff that the lady at the counter was the director. I really didn’t understand why even the management didn’t know about the company’s activities, and their attitude was so bad! If you don't want guests to participate in the event, don't promote it in the restaurant. If the guests participate, they will be scorned and forced to stand inexplicably. There is no apology afterwards. It is really a terrible consumer experience. I originally wanted to take my family to dine on the weekend. , completely give up the idea!
