Wow, easily one of the best coffee places in Hong Kong so far! The staff was incredibly thoughtful. We ordered the matcha latte and the matcha was rich and clearly high quality. We also ordered a pourover and the staff was so kind to walk us through all the options and explain the flavor profile of each bean to us. It is a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth the hype! Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time of witnessing & experiencing frustrating experience and rude attitude at this cafe after we have visited them for about two years in L used their first branch in Central. Waited for over 20 minutes while several customers who arrived long after me were served first with egg sandwiches we ordered. When I politely brought this to the staff's attention, they were completely indifferent. Upon arrival, or if the leading or onetime staff even asked us to go to somewhere else. You probably may save your money and go elsewhere as he asked for in future. Most of them acted so busy and could not follow up with service. It’s not the kind of cafe we are looking for. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very bad experience here. Tried to enforce minimum spending only after I ordered and served. When confronted, manager quoted a small print on the menu wishfully asking a minimum spending during “peak hour”. There was no mention of when exactly it is, and the shop was never full throughout my time there. Plus I don’t think that smallprint is obliging a minimum spend and the shop should have mentioned when I ordered. Very bad experience and mood totally ruined. That aside, ordered a dessert, it was overhyped and expensive for its quality. Coffee was only average. I would recommend this place only if you want some not so unique content for IG. Not recommend for food, coffee, or service. Your money could be better spent elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: $150–200
