Hands down one of the best burgers in town! I swung by EATAN Café & Restaurant after seeing their page online, and they absolutely blew me away. I ordered their Eatan Burger Special, and it is a masterclass in flavor. The crispy buffalo chicken has the perfect kick, beautifully balanced by the sweet, smoky maple bacon and rich melted double cheddar. Throwing crunchy onion rings right into the burger is genius, and the perfectly done chips on the side complete the meal. Every single bite was incredibly tasty and fresh. Beyond the amazing food, the staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The café itself is a lovely, clean, and comfortable spot with a great vibe that makes you want to sit back and stay a while. Top-tier food, brilliant service, and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff was fine and friendly. But the beef burger was terrible. The patty was awful, it tasted like it was made the day before and just reheated. It was like chewing gum, not a real beef patty.
