本日、入店待ちの列に並んでいた際の対応に非常に納得がいきませんでした。 私は前の2組の後ろに、正しい方向で並んでいました。今回が初めての来店ではないため、列の方向も把握しています。 ところが、案内の際に突然大人数のグループが現れ、店員や前の客と話し合った後、そのグループを先に案内すると告げられました。 店員の説明によると、そのグループはもともと緑色の服を着た方1名だけが、しかも別の方向に並んでおり、その後さらに4名が合流したとのことでした。 そもそも正しい列に並んでいなかったのであれば、それは本人の確認不足ではないでしょうか。なぜ、その人たちのミスによって、きちんと並んでいた後続の客が順番を譲らなければならないのでしょうか。 私自身、相手が並んでいたという方向から列に来ましたが、その時点でその方の姿はありませんでした。 店員の方は「すぐに案内する」と繰り返していましたが、問題は待ち時間ではありません。店側がこのような割り込みを認めたこと自体に疑問を感じています。 これでは、きちんと列に並ぶより、後から人数を増やして割り込んだ方が得をするということになってしまいます。 ルールを守って並んでいた客の順番を軽視するような対応は、非常に残念です。 これまで貴店が好きで何度も利用してきただけに、今回の対応には本当に失望しました。
