We had the most wonderful evening at EE Kitchen Studio! Driving down a hidden country lane with bamboo closing in around us set the tone for a night that was just plain magic. Five of us booked the whole restaurant for the evening — it's usually just one table, so we felt totally at home sipping our aperitifs on the rustic pool deck. When darkness fell, we were in just the mood for an extraordinary dinner. And we got it! The meal was amazing, from the scent of the flowering tarragon sprig on our napkins to watching Chef Oh's masterful work in the open kitchen, and of course the eating, from the beautiful arrangement of amuse-bouche to mouth-watering chateaubriand and duck, to the final mocha cake with a shot of limoncello. Every course was served with incomparable artistry and verve by Maitre D' Mai. Having the whole restaurant to ourselves made it all the more memorable - you’ll feel like royalty without any of the pesky responsibilities! The wines were excellent, and surprisingly easy on the wallet. At around B2500 per person including tip, it was an absolute bargain for the most memorable meal of our lives!
