EGA is my go-to health haven in Singapore! Their fresh, daily-pressed juices are unparalleled. I haven't found another place in the city that offers such high-quality, healthy Ayurveda drinks. Drs. Ratheesh and Megha are fantastic. When I was struggling with allergies, their expert advice helped alleviate my symptoms. For those who dont know, because most Singaporean are not familiar with Ayurveda, it is similar to TCM, emphasises the importance of diet and balance in the body. By sharing your health information, they can provide personalised dietary advice.I also love their fresh fruits, its a perfect complement to a healthy lifestyle.
