Evettは、独創性のある一皿が続くコースで、盛り付けの美しさはさすがのひと言。どの料理も視覚的な完成度が高く、運ばれてくるたびに気分が上がります。ただ、全体を通して味付けはやや濃いめで、コースの終盤に差しかかる頃には少し胃が疲れてしまいました。流れとしてもう少し緩急があると、最後までより心地よく楽しめた気がします。そんな中で鴨肉は別格で、火入れの素晴らしさも相まって、この日のハイライトといえる仕上がりでした。印象に残る一皿だっただけに、そこに辿り着くまでに少し重たさを感じてしまったのが惜しいです。華やかさと技術の高さは十分に感じられる一方で、好みは分かれそうなお店でした。. Such a lovely experience. 5 stars all around. Everyone was very attentive and caring and proactive and it really felt like they were a team and cared about giving us a good experience. Sommelier made brilliant choices to elevate the already amazing food. Music was great. Didn't feel pretentious but still very refined. One of the best dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

Our meal at Evett was a disaster. In short: They ignored my partner's dietary restriction, pressured her to eat something she doesn't, pressured my partner when I became sick during the meal because I was taking too long in the restroom being sick, and ignored everything we said about the meal. The restaurant blamed their failings on us not communicating when they were sent dietary restrictions nearly two months in advance and didn't ask us about them until the meal was paid for. They claimed the quality was great when we sent back a dish that smelled of industrial cleaning products. The list goes on and on. Seoul is full of amazing food and incredible service, but this restaurant isn't. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+ Dietary restrictions: Completely ignored. Do not trust them with dietary restrictions
