Great pastry! This is the closest I have found in Ban Chang to real French pastry. Perfect mastering of puff pastry, butter and whipped cream technique. Their macarons and almond croissants are the real deal! Also anything with custard / crême Chantilly is a hit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
