Besides the suki buffet, they currently have a special promotion: a whole Peking duck with one additional duck dish for only 499 THB. This is real Peking duck, not the pre-made kind that gets reheated and served as those strange square pieces of duck skin. The duck is freshly prepared and takes about 20 minutes. The skin is carved into large, beautiful slices with a nice crispy texture. It comes with soft pancakes, a sweet-and-savory sauce, and some vegetables and condiments. The portion of side vegetables is fairly modest, but additional servings can be ordered for 65 THB. For the extra dish, I chose stir-fried wide rice noodles with duck in gravy. The portion was surprisingly generous, with plenty of large duck pieces. The duck was lightly fried, giving the outside a slight crispness while keeping the meat tender and juicy inside. This dish alone felt like excellent value for money. The duck had no gamey smell, and the Hong Kong kale was fresh with wonderfully crunchy stems. The serving was so large that I couldn't finish it and had to take some home. My only criticism is that the gravy thickened and lost its consistency very quickly after being served. Other than that, this promotion is an outstanding deal and well worth trying, especially for Peking duck lovers.
