Opening hour stated 9.30am - 9.30pm. Reach bedok outlet at 9.30am rice dumplings just arrived and needed time to unload and setup, only able to start ordering at 9.40am. At 9.40am Aunty says rice dumplings are not hot because store just opens. Other than rice dumpings, all the tutu kueh and muah chee all not available at 9.40am. Shouldn't the opening hours starts at 9.30am then the prep work should starts at 9am? or just state the opening hours starts from 10am. Don't leave customers with negative experience like this.... Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
