This bar had the perfect opportunity to create a great atmosphere for the World Cup Final, but it was completely overshadowed by the behavior of one staff member. One of the female employees was excessively loud throughout the match, constantly interrupting customers who were simply trying to enjoy the game. Her behavior felt intrusive and disrespectful, especially during important moments. Hospitality is about making guests feel comfortable, not becoming the center of attention. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t return. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came here specifically to watch the World Cup Final, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The TV repeatedly went black throughout the match, making it frustrating to watch one of the biggest sporting events of the year. What made the experience even worse was one of the female staff members. She was unnecessarily loud, constantly disrupting customers who were trying to watch the game. When our table showed that we didn’t appreciate being disturbed, she became visibly irritated and even instructed the other staff to leave dirty plates on our table instead of clearing them. That level of unprofessionalism and pettiness is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Customers come to enjoy the atmosphere, not to be disturbed or treated disrespectfully by the staff. Between the technical issues and the poor service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a bar. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to watch an important sporting event.
