I ordered a croissant and Nutella brioche from Kof & Cozy on Grab and both were so old and dry that it was inedible and I had to throw them out. The bread was hard as a rock and they were so old that even the Nutella was completely dried up and hard. I tried messaging the shop on Grab to ask for a refund, but they didn't even bother replying to my message. Grab support agreed to give a partial refund, but I have still wasted money on something that I had to throw straight in the trash and it was inedible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
