Bought quite a bit of food from them to support and try their pizza but was disappointed that the seats provided beside their shop was taken by people that are not even their customers. They were just sitting there chit chatting being inconsiderate. Hope Eat Pizza management can encourage their staff to advise people that the seats provided beside their shop is strictly for Eat Pizza customers. Instead I have to takeaway my food to eat elsewhere and could not enjoy the hot food so disappointed. Atmosphere: 1

TERRIBLE! THE MOST HORRIBLE TOTS We ever had so far! Please look at the ads and exact photo of the food. What a huge difference! Where is the so-called krispy, crisp and gold coloured tots as posted??? Maybe all of you krazy on the post because this is cheating consumer? WHAT A SHAME! YOUR TOTS ARE SUPER SOGGY! PERHAPS JUST TOOK OUT FROM FREEZER AND HEAT UP THEN SERVE CUSTOMERS? Not crunchy at all! Sorry to say, we ate it within 7 mins, it is not possible to be soggy if you fried it well! And it is FROZEN FOOD TASTE! Not even have any saltiness like usual tots. ZERO CRUNCHINESS! AND PLEASE LOOK AT THE COLOUR, OBVIOUSLY IT IS NOT COMMON FRIED tots where usually should be. THE WORST TOTS! Not to forget, the sauce is COLD!!! MOST PROBABLY THEY KEEP INSIDE THE FRIDGE! That makes the tots taste even worse. The staff was just slowly preparing food, it was so chill, no crowd, impossible to have such mistake! Please cancel it from the menu if you do not know what golden crispy tots should be. Spend $3 to buy other food is even better than this. Your tots does not worth a penny! Sucks Update: wont be contacting Eat Pizza as per their reply because not going to visit anymore, so no thanks! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
