Tasty waffles can make a strong impression on you. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is rough here. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak point of Eat Rich is its downscale service. Users leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is dull.

One particular staff, I don’t remember her name, Being unprofessional air temperature all the time for attitude problem but the rest of staff all provide a good service at Greenwich store. I remember I ordered as usual waffle today, separate with peanuts on the site. However sometime she give me a lot sometime she give me two little so today. I approached you to give me little bit more peanut sauce because it’s very small volume and she’s being rude and she said I’m going to charge another $.50 on it. If I going to be add on so from here, I don’t understand why there’s a double standard. One day is pretty much big volume. One day is a small volume, especially this staff always giving me a problem. I also already sent the feedback to the management. Hopefully they can get back to me. I can explain to him the whole scenario and the action by the stuff on duty today. The beauty part is the rest of the staff are all doing a good service and pretty much generous and professional and this one particular staff drive me nuts all the time I go to the store Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Bad experience! I order peanut + butter, u ask me , peanut with nut or no, I say normal. End up u give me PEANUT KAYA. Then tell me is I order one! I order what I dunno meh! I told u I don’t take kaya how can I dunno what I dun eat. U still want to argue with me, say I order peanut kaya at least you say sorry, I still not so angry! Morale of the story. Admit your mistake, because I am your regular customer , I will not ask u to compensate. But your attitude makes me fed up and I want to write bad review for u . Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family likes the waffle batter from Eat Rich at Greenwhich V at Seletar. We think that it is nicer than most places we have tried. But it is a disappointment when it comes to their filling. Their staff movement is quite frequent and each person comes with their own style of spreading the fillings. Some are alright but most times the filling is so little. They have increased their price waffles. But the standard is getting worse. Sometimes the waffles are over cooked. And sometimes the spread is so sparse. Please look at attached image. The staff didn’t understand when I told her I wanted crunchy peanut butter ($3) not just peanut butter. They charge more for crunchy peanut but the nuts are sooooo little I can count.
