Stall holder at Siong Huat Bah Kut Teh (Somerset) ignored me 3 times for making order using the FavePay. Only on 4th time he accepted the payment. I cannot use the FavePay if I used the self service kiosk. Hence I need the stall keeper to place the order for me. If FavePay is not welcomed, you should cancel this payment mode. Why let your staff to behave poorly toward the customer who wants to use FavePay? Note: I did inform EatAlley via FB messenger on 6 Jan 2026, yet I received no reply thereafter. I’m surprised that you wanted me to contact you still on the social media page. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
