I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. My reservation was cancelled at the last minute, which left me in a really difficult situation. When I contacted the staff for help, they showed little interest in resolving the problem and their attitude felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I expected clear communication and at least some effort to assist after such an inconvenient cancellation, but instead I was met with dismissive responses. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how my situation was handled. Service: 1
