Ebijin is just off the side of the road across the street from the Nikka Wiskey Distillery. The interior is tiny but warm and dry, a welcome respite from the winder cold and stinging snowfall. I see very few places that offer venison, even fewer that would be as bold to even consider using it on a curry burger…these mad lads served me a thick meaty patty that was juicy and perfectly cooked. The amount of curry on the burger was beyond generous. It looked like a waterfall flowingii over a venison meat mountain while being capped by the crispiest and fluffiest bun I’ve had in recent memory. I can’t recommend trying this place enough.
