Eighteen Chefs (Clementi Mall) - Delicious Food with a Heart! Eighteen Chefs is a Halal-certified social enterprise at The Clementi Mall, giving second chances to people who need them. They don't have a service charge, the prices are reasonable, and they even have discounts for students, NSFs, and seniors! The restaurant looks really inviting, with bright signs and menus. The wood and plants on the outside make it feel warm. Inside, it's cozy with dark ceilings and spotlights, but the big windows and colorful art keep it lively. There are tables and booths to sit at, but it can get a little crowded when it's busy. My girl and I visited on Feb 18, 2026. Since we weren't super hungry, we decided to share the M9 Chicken & Beef Combo (Standard) for $24.68, and a Soup of the Day + Iced Lemon Tea set for $5.50. The total came to $32.90 with GST. It was the perfect amount for us to share! We both loved the meats – they were cooked perfectly. We had the beef cooked medium-rare, just how we likes it. The mushroom sauce was a great touch, and the fries and mac & cheese were yummy sides. The mushroom soup was hearty, and the iced lemon tea was really refreshing. Plus it's free flow. The service staff was all so friendly. One of the staff even noticed us trying to take a selfie and offered to take our picture for us. It made the whole experience feel really special. Eighteen Chefs is more than just a restaurant; it's a place with a mission. Knowing that they're helping people makes the food taste even better. The great food, good prices, and amazing service made this a meal to remember. We definitely recommend it! Eighteen Chefs was pretty good for a big group like ours. We got the student meal and it was solid value, tasty and filling. Some orders came out wrong though, like mixed-up ingredients and sauces, but it still tasted fine in the end so no big complaints. Great spot for casual group eats. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
