I would like to commend two staff members for their outstanding service. The Indian manager and the tall Malay gentleman were both extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to assist me with a positive attitude, made me feel valued as customer. Their friendliness, patience, and dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thank you both for going above and beyond. It is rare to come across such excellent customer service, and your efforts are greatly appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work! I had a great experience at 18 Chefs. The food was delicious, satisfying, and served fresh, making the meal really enjoyable. What stood out even more was Manager , who was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service made the dining experience feel welcoming and comfortable.
