Had a great dining experience at 18Chefs @ The Star Vista before attending a concert. The restaurant was very crowded and packed with customers, but the staff were friendly, attentive, and treated us very well throughout our visit. Despite the busy atmosphere, our food was served surprisingly quickly, which was impressive. We ordered the Garlic Butter Chicken, Tom Yam Spaghetti, along with soup and iced lemon tea to complete the meal. Everything was tasty and satisfying, especially the flavorful Tom Yam Spaghetti and the delicious Garlic Butter Chicken. Thank you to the team for the excellent service and efficient food preparation, even during a busy period. It was a wonderful start to our evening before the concert. Highly recommended! I came here today and was quite disappointed with my experience. The butter rice tasted very strange and didn’t seem fresh, so I politely asked if the side dish could be changed. I appreciate that the staff were willing to help and cared enough to change it for me, which I’m thankful for. However, after that, I had to wait a really long time for my food to come back, and when it finally arrived, it was already cold. Although the staff were polite and tried to help, the long waiting time and food quality made the overall experience less enjoyable than expected.
