Beautiful view and reasonable prices including happy hour on weekends. Nice rooftop pool bars in SG are more rare than you'd think. Great place to hang out for a drink or two on a Saturday afternoon. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

AN EVENING OUT ON 31 March It was an evening at Accor dining places. First to Skai, then Madison’s. However, the highlight of the evening was the rooftop bar at Pullman called El Chido! We were welcomed very warmly by the staff, although that being said, it was a Tuesday night, and most of the guests scattered at the tables were probably hotel guests. We sat by the pool and were served by the lovely Elise who was friendly, accommodating, and had good drinks recommendations. I guess it’s not so well known yet, but it certainly is worth a visit. The view of the skyline of Singapore was breathtaking from where we sat. While not at the same height as SKAI, the overall ambience and experience definitely made up for it. The views and drinks were so much more enhanced by the delightful service we had because of the bubbly and vivacious Elise ! Definitely worth a visit ! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
