Dear Crowne Plaza Tainan Team, Your hotel has always been our top choice for a relaxing getaway, and we truly enjoy every visit. The dining experiences at your restaurants are one of the highlights we look forward to the most. We would like to share a small suggestion regarding your Element restaurant. While the overall quality is good, we strongly recommend adding grilled or pan-seared steak to the buffet menu. For a buffet priced around NT$1,500, having freshly grilled steak is generally expected and would significantly elevate the dining experience. Currently, the available roasted beef feels a bit too basic. On a positive note, we truly enjoyed the recent addition of crab legs in the seafood section — they were excellent! Please continue to keep this great feature. We will continue to support and recommend your hotel to others, and we sincerely hope to see more premium meat options at Element, especially grilled steak, in the near future.
