A place where the elephants are clearly being mistreated. The staff give off very bad energy, and you can clearly see how unhappy and poorly treated the elephants are compared to other elephant sanctuaries we’ve visited.

Friendly staff, the tour guide even cracked some jokes. I recommend the 2,200 baht feeding and bathing programme, feeding alone is not enough time. Unless you only want the pictures, that the staff will gladly take for you. Seems that even tho the atmosphere is very laid back, they still take good care of their animals

Don't visit this place! On the way to the viewpoint, we passed by Heart Shape & Elephant Care. Hidden in the jungle, we could see an elephant; both of its front legs were firmly chained. The elephant could barely move. When we arrived at the viewpoint, an elephant show for tourists was just taking place. The tone was very harsh, and a lot of force was used. This has nothing to do with a sanctuary.
