評価が低いなぁと思いながら、アサイーヨーグルトを食べに行きました。 食器にカトラリー、床が汚かったです。 店員の態度が無愛想なのは気にしないけど、屋台じゃないんだから飲食店はキレイな方が良い。 と思います。. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast

Visited Elephant Grounds at K11 MUSEA recently and it was one of the worst cafe experiences in HK. While waiting, the restaurant manager personally promised us they’d shift us to a high table because we ordered food – but he never followed through or communicated anything. We waited unnecessarily, only to be ignored. No apology, no update – pure mismanagement and false promises. Food and coffee were mediocre at best for the price. This branch needs serious improvement in basic operations and staff coordination. Strongly avoid – won’t return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Quite disappointing, because we were expecting a higher standard from this prominent brand. A few items on the already limited menu were not available, so that was frustrating, and the service staff were not exactly friendly. There was an air of nonchalance amongst the staff, which was quite frustrating for customers. For such a prominent brand, I would expect this place to be better managed and maintained. Price per person: $1–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
