客室はかなり古いですが、手入れが行き届いている感じを受けました。 サービスは良く、ルームサービスもお願いする事が出来ました。 1階にあるカフェは、日曜日になるとお昼から夜まで凄く混んでました。 ケトルやドライヤー等全て揃っているので設備的には問題無いですが、室内のスリッパはありませんでした。 立地は駅から徒歩15分と離れているので、使い難いです。

I went out for a meal at the Elizabeth Hotel with a mate, and the staff were just lovely. We both have visual impairments, so we’d done a proper check beforehand on how to get there, the menu, and the place itself. However, once we got there, we didn’t have to stress one bit. I couldn’t tell you all their names, but a massive thank you to everyone involved, the person who walked us to our table, talked us through the dishes, served and prepared the meal, the one who worked with my friend to surprise me with a cake, and the lovely people who carried our stuff and waited with us until our car arrived to take us to the station. Thanks a million to you all. Wishing you all the best and a really prosperous future.
