ゲイソンビレッジでChatGPTが、ココのカルボナーラが美味いと言うので試してみたが、正直なレビューするとPici alla carbonaraは、イマイチだった。 提供された際の温度がゆるかったので、一口で逆算的にどんな調理法で作ったか分かるが、正直、eggyorkと和えただけの水っぽい残念なPICIだった、敢えてパスタをPICIにしてる良さが生きない調理法でソースと絡みが足りない。イタリア人シェフがなぜこんなPICI alla carbonaraを作るか疑問だったので聞いたら、ローカルのタイ人シェフだったから仕方ないかと理解した。。。 悪くないが、評価としてはパンでスカルペッタしたくならないソースだった、、、アドバイスするとeggyorkにもっとチーズを足すとPICIとの絡みが改善し味も決まると思うよ。. A beautiful restaurant with an atmosphere similar to a good restaurant in Europe, 'Emilia Ristorante Italiano' is on the 1st floor of Gaysorn Tower, decorated comfortably with bright colors. and marble table With large mirrors all along the wall, letting light shine in to create a very good mood. The menu at the restaurant is A la carte style and is divided into different categories. There are many delicious menus, especially the pasta dishes that the shop makes freshly itself. It is very soft and chewy. I'd like to ask for a few prominent menu items that I've tried. 'Pici Ragu Di Manzo' would like to start with pasta as introduced. This dish is richly stewed pasta, a signature menu of the restaurant using Pici noodles (thick pasta noodles). Similar to spaghetti but fatter from the Siena region) eaten with soft stewed meat, it's delicious. 'Pappardelle con Funghi' fresh Italian mushroom pasta using Pappadelle or large flat pasta. Stir-fried with mushrooms and sprinkled with cheese at the table. 'Tagliata di Manzo All'aceto Balsamico' beef steak made from 270 days ranger valley cattle, grilled to our preferred doneness with Modena balsamic sauce, a delicious dish that meat lovers can't miss. For the appetizer, I tried 'Burata Con Pomodorini', a Burrata salad that is a regular menu for cheese lovers like me. Another dish that you shouldn't miss is 'Emilia HOMEMADE Pesto Foccacia', focaccia bread. Served with Lorenz0 no.5 Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar aged 12 years from Modena. The focaccia is soft and nice. Dipped with olive oil and balsamic makes it even more enjoyable. I ended the meal with 'Waffle con Gelato Alla Vanigla', a big waffle made hot. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with ice cream, the perfect ending to the meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿900–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
