Excellent dinner at Emmer Pizza (Landmark). Gloria’s service was outstanding— proactive, attentive, and very professional. Pizzas were delicious with great crust and flavour. Will definitely return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+

Ridiculous. There is not a phone number by which we can reach the restaurant. After we brought home our takeaway, we wanted to reach out to the restaurant regarding allergen information as our toddler wanted to have some pizza. There is no phone number but only an email by which we can contact them. We proceeded to call Landmark to ask for a contact number, who allegedly does not have a number by which they can contact their tenant, which is unfathomable. Landmark customer service sent someone physically to the restaurant to ask them to call us back, and when they finally did, we had already finished our dinner. The restaurant had no explanation for why they don’t have a number that we can call and argued that they have been in operation for several years without a number as if that was a legitimate justification. Their manager said the same complaint had been raised to the owner in previous occasions, but the owner chose not to do anything about it. Such a conscious choice can only be understood as a tactic to save on the labor costs of having to deal with inbound customer complaints by phone. I cannot, by any stretch of the imagination, see how a restaurant that is able to afford the rent in pacific place and Landmark cannot pay for a landline. This kind of unscrupulous business practice should not be tolerated. We are definitely not coming back here again. Further edit, found a hair in the pizza. I’m pretty sure we did not order a hairy pizza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
