I had the pleasure of trying the food, and I was genuinely impressed. The flavors were so authentic that I could almost taste the original ingredients, which speaks to the careful preparation. It was clear that each dish was crafted with great attention to detail, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. The balance of seasoning was perfect—just enough to enhance the taste without overpowering it. I could tell that a lot of care went into every aspect of the meal, from the selection of fresh ingredients to the precise cooking techniques. The result was a meal that was both simple and exquisite, highlighting the true essence of the cuisine. The chicken was cooked to perfection—not too dry, yet full of flavor. I also had the chance to try the chef's half-boiled egg, ( not pictured)and I have to say it's one of the best I've ever had in Taiwan. The egg was cooked to perfection, making it an unforgettable experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NT$200–400

Delicious food with a chef who is passionate in serving his guests authentic Taiwanese style dishes. Everything is prepared well and delicious! I definitely recommend a visit or two. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
