Delicious egusi soup and plantain, served by a super friendly staff. We were not a big fan of the jollof, a bit too spicy for even myself, and small portion for the price ($20USD). We hope to stop by again for more soup before leaving Daegu. Remember to bring cash, as they do not accept card. Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I spent almost my entire year in korea without stopping inside Emreal's and it's my biggest regret. The boys and I all wanted to give it and try tonight, and now were going back tomorrow. Got some nice music going, friendly atmosphere, good home cooking. Never felt more welcome out here. Got an Angel in the kitchen I swear. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
